When people think of podcasting, they think of true crime, celebrity interviews and boring lectures. But podcasting isn’t just for typical podcasts. Podcasting can be a radio play, a conversation, reading poetry or waxing poetic about life and more. At Studio+ we have built a podcast recording studio that allows creators to come in and produce whatever type of podcast their heart desires. Touting the latest Rode podcast deck and enough space and audio capture for four hosts or guests, the Podcast Studio at Studio+ is a great space for getting you podcast started, continuing your existing podcast, or just to come in and record your own voice so you can listen to it later. The Studio+ Podcasting Studio also has the latest in live streaming and video capture technology, allowing creators to beam their video blog, podcast or live video or social stream directly to their online channels. Our iPad interface allows users to live direct shots, create cue up multiple shots and angles and cut in real time, whilst also recording the session for post-production and archiving. Our Podcasting space can also be used to record and film live table reads, script working sessions and other one-off needs, as well as being used to connect multiple people over Zoom, Skype and more. Whatever your needs are, our Podcasting space can handle it.

This is the first “People Who Plussed” article. This series will showcase people from inside Studio+ and the amazing people we work with, to highlight their careers and show just how much they have “Plussed” their lives and careers. We couldn’t be more proud of the first person we are shining a light on. He is the President of Studio+, the Co-CEO of Picture Business International and is a driving force for us to be on the forefront of whatever we do. Becoming a member of the Producers Guild of America is something most producers aspire to and that aspiration was no different for our very own Anthony Salamon. Anthony was admitted into the illustrious guild this week and couldn’t be happier. Anthony’s time as a Development Producer, Creative Producer, Executive Producer, and entrepreneur finally garnered him admittance to the industry union. Anthony is passionate about the environment, and upon joining the PGA, he immediately joined the PGA Green Committee - established in 2008 as part of the Guild’s commitment to actively encourage and support sustainability in the entertainment industry. Being active in the producer community is very important to Anthony, and so not only did he join the PGA Green Committee, but he also joined these other PGA member committees: Documentary & Non-Fiction – supports and promotes documentary and non-fiction storytelling across all media. Education – dedicated to providing membership with the tools needed to advance Guild members’ careers. Mentoring – dedicated to helping members advance their careers through professional mentoring. Anthony’s credits include: Access All Areas: Erebus Motorsport Without Ward Never Forget: A March of the Living Story I am I Birth of a Warrior And more… Anthony is also a published author and screenplay writer and is represented by Sherry Robb of the Robb Company. “When I received the acceptance letter, I was ecstatic. It’s a true validation of my career so far and brings a new meaning to the projects we are currently producing and developing”.
